AP Youth Sports Recreational Trophy - Rules & Regulations:

• 1 . SIT will be conducting the tournaments in the following age categories. 8,9,10,11,12,14 ,17 & Men& Women Boys and Girls ( Mixed Singles and Open doubles). SIT is providing players who ply without rest are registered in 3 age groups. The points earned in the previous year, group will carry forwarded to the new age group present year First tournament. 2nd tournament on words draws consider the first tournament points.
• 2 . Registrations will be a continues process through out the year. Boys or Girls below 100 rank AITA players are not eligible to register in SIT. If anybody miss lead immediately cancelled the registration. After registration process is completed and approval not given in 24 hours please contact 9133139294. In SIT 2025 Registrations fee Rs. 600/- each for first 200 age groups, Next Rs.1000/- for one age group, Rs.1500/- for 2 age groups, Rs.2000/- for 3 age groups. any registration validity 31 December 2025 only.
• 3 . Each player should pay registration fee for each age group valid through 31st December of every year. Registration fee can increase dependin on the turn out. Entry fee for each age group for each tournament in which the player participates will be used for tournament expenses. Players are requested to carry Date of Birth certificate ( Except Aadhar card) to all the tournaments.
• 4 . Registration is liable to cancel if the registered player or his/her kith and kin act against terms and conditions of SIT. SIT conducting the matches depends upon courts and organizers convenient. SIT will not accept discussions and destrubences If not interested to play SIT will return back your entry fee.
• 5 . Player should upload only passport size photo with plain background. Otherwise the tournaments certificate will not be issued. Only written complaint against age proof along with proper proved evidence will be accepted only through mail id apysrtrophy@gmail.com. Players must make their own arrangements like food and medicines in case of any personal ailments. Organizers is not responsible for any injuries or health disorders of the player during the tournament.
• 6 . In Addition to the above mentioned guidelines tournaments will be strictly governed by the HT Rules and regulations. Tournament will be cancelled or postponed if sufficient entries are not received. (A) In a single day tournament and single court situation the number of entries restricted to 25 only. (B) In a single day tournament and two courts situation the number of entries are restricted to 50 only. (C) In a two days tournament under single court condition the entries are restricted to 50 only. (D) In two days tournament and two courts condition the entries are restricted to 100 only. Note:- The acceptance of number of entries depends upon number of courts available for the tournament.
• 7 . The draw for the tournament held in the month of January will be based on the previous year's points. Draws will be made based on tournament points from February to January. SIT will be conducting Mixed singles and Doubles. 20 points in State and South India Championship Tournaments respectively. Same points per each round will be allotted to the player who played qualifying rounds. Walkover and First round loser will get 10 points and 5 points will get for bye.
• 8 . When payment slip screen shot is uploaded for Registration / Entry fee and Entry processing fee without Transaction ID will be kept under pending registration/entry.
• 9 . GAME PATRON:- SIT will conduct the matches for Best of 11 games (6 Games to win) or Best of 3 Mini sets(each set best of 5 games), one set all (Best of 7 points tie-break ) to decide the result. Players should collect Prize Money, Prizes and certificates same day from the Organizers after completion of the tournament.
• 10 . SIT Doubles Pattern SIT will be fixing the doubles partner. A player is allowed to play in one age category only. A partner is fixed as per the points or age. Atleast 16 entries from all age categories to conduct the tournament. A player intended to play doubles must play atleast one singles event. A player should upload age proof in the place of advance screen shot during sending the doubles entry. If the number of doubles entries received are less than 16 entries before the entry deadline then SIT will do the draw on the tournament date by taking the entries before 12 noon on the date of tournament. If the number of entries received in any individual age category is more or equal to 16 then the doubles event in that category will be conducted seperately. And the rest of the entries in other categories will be combined for draw of 16. *NOTE: All the above doubles event will be conducted only when there is sufficient time after finishing the Singles events.*
• 11 . SIT Registered players should avoid playing with the non registered players or with the players whose entry was not given (Either as Partner or opponent) as they will not be given any points.
• 12 . Size of the 8 draw 7 entries must, above 8 entries Qualifying draw apply. 16 draw 14 entries must, above 16 entries Qualifying draw apply.
• 13 . Draws will be made in the tournaments as per the points earned from the previous tournaments. All the entries will be closed one week before the tournament date. Entries may close even before the last date if the number of entries received more than restricted number.
• 14 . * The organisers must send all the results and the photos of winners in group and individually on the same day of completion of tournament. Tournament organisers should provide the shelter, 1+1 chairs and water. * Mandatory to spend atleast Rs 150/- for mementos out of entry fees. * Prize distribution photos must have a 6'×4' size Backdrop SIT banner compulsory. * South India Tennis Zonal or State name and Logo must be printed on the mementos. Organizers strictly should follow the original draw sheets and terms & conditions.
• 15 . Withdrawals will not be accepted once the entries are closed . Withdrawals can clime advance fee or they can utilize same payment slip to next tournament. Draws will be announced before 96 hours of the tournament schedules. Complaints will be received within 12 hours of draw announcement. A late entry of a registered player who is willing to play in the wild card position will be allowed to play even after draw is made. Complaints will be received within 24 hours of points announcement.
• 16 . Player should report to match in advance before schedule time. Time mentioned in the draw sheet is only reporting time. If the player fail to report when the match is announced then it will be considered as walk over . This rule is not applicable for those who are playing his/ her match in another court.
• 17 . If a player ( without paying the tournament ) name is in the draw and failed to attend his match for any reason, that Players name and the points will be BLOCKED until the tournament entry fee are paid. if paid and did not play the match will be considered as a 1st round looser and previous points are safe.
• 18 . All legal matters are subjected to Chittoor District Jurisdiction only. Good Suggestions and advises are receive sweetly, these are must be a useful to all not personally. Adviser should contribute to prepare 50% share on work or expenditure. The YSR trust and SIT authorities will reserve all the rights in modifying rules and regulations for the smooth conduct of the tournaments.
• 19 . With the donation of Mrs. Mulpuri Anuradha SIT players who achieved first Rank or above 90% in education will be given a cash reward of Rs.500/- per 10 players in their 1st term 2nd term and final exams based on SIT table toppers. Another hidden donor announced a cash reward of Rs.500/-for the SIT player who submits their white card before the tournament. (priority based on SIT points)
